Beginning June 16th, 2011, I will be offering a yoga class at Conviction CrossFit in the Erie Airpark, from 11-noon on Thursdays. Please click on this link to learn more about Conviction CrossFit and their location.
As in all classes that I teach, these will have a specific intent; mainly, to increase joint mobility and develop and lengthen muscles that we use in daily life activities, CrossFit training and lifting, and running. If you’re a fan of Kelly Starrett and his Mobility WODs, then you already know the tremendous power and significance in continually working on a full range of motion and the health of your joints. We’ll be working on similar motions within the body of this class in order to perform better physically and mentally in our other activities.
These classes are open to everyone! Please grab your mat and join us.
Class fee: $5 (punch cards available at a discount)
Class location: Conviction CrossFit, 3000 Airport Dr, Erie CO 80516

Mary’s natural playfulness and curiosity is reflected in her approach to yoga and in her teaching style. She began pursuing the path of Iyengar yoga in 1998, and in 1999, discovered the joy of Asthanga Yoga at Richard Freeman’s The Yoga Workshop. Mary began teacher training at the Eldorado Mountain Yoga Ashram in 2001. From 2002-04, she owned and taught exclusively at Yoga Elements, a multidisciplinary yoga studio in Westminster, Colorado. She currently teaches power vinyasa yoga steeped in enthusiasm, warmth, courage, and surrender, and is a practitioner of both Ashtanga and Anusara yoga.
