In the end of something is reflection. In the end of something is challenge. There’s a blank page in a new book that’s all your own. You can scribble, you can doodle, you can begin your most beautiful story every told.

The closing day of the Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga Intensive began with Lee Macik of Transcendance Spa showing how to mother the new mother. Gentle massage through an Ayurvedic approach, food preparation for easy digestion, and how to create and live in this new, warm cocoon of motherhood.
