I have created quite a mess for myself in my office, and I’ve had to spend my work-time today dealing with it. It was just one of those things where you find yourself in the zone and don’t dare stop for fear of losing both your creativity of the moment and your momentum.


As a reward for stepping up and cleaning the crap out of the ol’ office today, I decided to start this earlier this afternoon in hopes of being able to put my feet up on a super clean desk and spend a few minutes of quiet sipping this mug of deliciousness. The recipe is from one of my new favorite websites, Wellness Mama. Added bonus? It’s yummy-o paleo. Keep it real, though. Just because it’s paleo doesn’t mean you just drink buckets of it. It’s still a treat!

Now grab some coconut milk, pumpkin pie spice, canned pumpkin, vanilla extract, some strong coffee, and your crockpot and then head on over to her site for the recipe.

So good, you’ll want to put on a good fuzzy sweater and slip around in your wool socks for a while.


P.S. So…I did add a little agave syrup to mine. What can I say?! I have a helly sweet tooth!
