Tocuconavo Salad.
Yeah that’s right. The real name is super-duper long, so I Mary-fied it. If you want the long version, it’s Tomato, Cucumber, Onion, Avocado Salad. But I truly like Tocuconavo Salad better. Just say it. Toe-cuke-oh-nah-vo Salad. Just rolls right off the tongue.
To make Tocuconavo Salad, you’ll need the following:
- Tomatoes (grape ones)
- Cucumber
- Onion (green ones or scallions)
- Avocado
Hence, the name. Oh, and you’ll want a little Italian dressing to drizzle, and maybe some garlic salt. Just halve a whole bunch of grape tomatoes, dice about 1/4 – 1/2 a cucumber, dice about 1/8 cup of onion, and a half of an avocado. Throw it in a bowl, drizzle (and I do mean DRIZZLE, not POUR) Italian dressing over it, sprinkle a little bit of garlic salt if you so wish, and voila.
